Taste, Presentation, Service, Price, and Uniqueness are the 5 grading qualities for an overall rating. A point is earned when a restaurant is outstanding in one of the qualities listed above. I would like to preface that there is somewhat of an underlying expectation for these categories, especially for Taste and Service. It is expected that the food is to be somewhat tasty and that the service to be friendly. It is only when outstanding that a point will be awarded. A total of 5 points can be awarded and with each point earned there is a category associated with it. Below are the categories.

0 - would not recommend

1 - would recommend trying

2 - a restaurant to go back to

3 - so enjoyable you must tell your circle about it

4 - absolutely sensational

5 - a once in a lifetime dining experience

Delicious D.C. will also rate by category. This is much more of subjective scale that is influenced by my other restaurants that may provide a similar dining experience. It will help us create categorical rankings.
